The process was very confusing. I picked a date and clicked "Hire" or "Book" or whatever the term was. I wrote a message asking this woman to contact me. But, as near as I can tell, the website didn't indicate that this person is now going to contact me, or just show up! I have absolutely no idea what happens next! For all I know, the site makes perfect sense to a younger person. But, I got information overload, among other issues. I realize you need safety checks for child caregivers. That was not part of the confusion or info overload. When I first entered the site to respond to applicant emails, it showed me child caregivers. Maybe when I first signed up, and said that I was looking for a house cleaner, you should set the site to show me only that. It took me a while to realize what was going on and figure out how to change the setting.

My kids and I enjoyed Zyyana! She was very nice, professional and attentive.

I had to sign up for a premium membership in order to even message applicants directly. One of the applicants to my job posting never showed up and never responded to my calls or text messages the day we were supposed to meet. I looked further into her profile and saw some inconsistencies that led me to believe that some of these applicants are not real. I am highly suspicious of this organization's hiring practices and the legitimacy of the services they offer.I strongly discourage anyone from using the site.

HelloI My name is Jacqueline Culver. I had just signed up to offer services for baby-sitting / tutoring and paid their fee. I was touching up my bio with what I considered important info. I mentioned my Christian values... Next day I was cancelled ...for violating their community standards! Apparent is their bias against Christian workers! In response to their response that I didn't meet their eligibility guidelines or community standards: I am an American -Born citizen of 62 years. I have a Master's degree in Education. I have never been charged with or accused of a crime against a child or any other crime ,only traffic violations on my record, an none of those the past ten years. So you have to wonder, what "eligibility criteria" did I fail to meet. Our community , as in the people of the U.S.A.need to stand against these companies that stand against Christians. Remember, if they censor Christians, they will also censure any religion that they don't agree with . Jacqueline Culver

The applications provided me with enough information so I could determine who would or would not be a good fit. Responding to candidates was very easy.

Sitter stopped responding day of with no explanation. We had to cancel our plans because we didn’t have anyone to stay with our baby.

I was able to find a caregiver every time I searched for one. The only thing that needs to improve is the caregivers being honest and forthcoming with their availability. For example, if they are only looking for a summer job, if they are only looking to work until they feel something else better comes along, or if this is a temporary means to get some extra cash they should say that from the beginning. This should not come up after they have already been interviewed and hired. It takes a toll on me the parent and it's too much confusion for the child especially one with special needs that advances in a stable environment not one of uncertainty.

Not a good company! Their website is horrible. Hard to maneuver around. Customer service is horrible. I wouldn't hire anybody.
