Amanda did not show up to clean. She said she had another client scheduled but hadn't heard back from him so if he did want his house cleaned she would send her partner and come here. If you look at her messages in the care.com app you'll see that. Now she is saying she never told me that. She is also sending me hateful messages to me. I'm very upset.

Care.com has really gone out of their way to work with me and help me with whatever questions or issues I have encountered. I have been really impressed by their customer service! An on-line chat 💬 or call and they have put my worries to rest.

This platform has been nothing but a headache. It’s very user unfriendly. There’s no way to contact customer support anymore. I just realized they’ve been charging me $12 a month for months and now that I’m trying to delete my account it’s a runaround again. I’ve changed my password and now they keep saying my password is incorrect and I’m not able to even delete the account with ease. I’m about to have to spend a bunch of more time trying to navigate this or go to my bank and stop the payments. This is very unfortunate as it could be an excellent service. . I met some nice people, and they are now taking care of my loved one. On the other hand, several applicants did not show up for their appointments.

This was my second time this year to use care.com for senior care and the updated program was much better especially marking not interested for all those applicants that other than the one I chose close by.
