I'm sorry for the carers who work through this company. I'm sure most are fine. The company's fees and billing however are ridiculous and dangerous.

I paid for a month of services but couldn’t see many of the profiles of people who responded to my ad. I contacted customer service about seven times. They kept promising to fix the issue, but they never did—and they refused to refund me. Instead, they blocked me from logging in unless I uploaded my photo and identification, even though I had already done that years ago when I opened the account. I complied, but the issue was still never resolved. If the service is not fully provided, there should be a partial refund. They just make things difficult until the client gives up. I have never been helped the few times I’ve called for support—quite the opposite!

I wish there was a way to mark notes such as if I was able to schedule an interview and how the interview went. It would definitely help to have a flag for this I marked as not interested so I didn’t have to keep going into each individual message.
