If i could leave 0 stars, i ABSOLUTELY would. Explain to me why i have to pay to use their service to pay a sitter? The pay wall makes this site absolutely useless and this business model is grossly classist by saying that if i can't afford their fees, i don't deserve childcare.

Very disappointing experience – unclear fees, profile update and verification process and no access after payment My experience with this platform has been extremely frustrating. I paid for the upgraded membership to message carers, only to be unexpectedly charged an additional $21.20. Support later claimed this was a “vetting fee”, which was never made clear before payment. Even after paying, I still couldn’t access any carers. I was told I needed to verify my profile, but when I tried to update my details, the system said I had “exceeded the number of changes”. I couldn’t correct my birthdate or fix any errors, leaving my account effectively unusable. I had no access to contact any care providers at all. Customer service said they couldn’t refund me and would “escalate the matter."There is no direct complaints process on their website. This is far from ideal when you urgently need carer support. The hidden fees, lack of transparency, and poor user experience make this one of the least user‑friendly sites I’ve come across.
