I am eternally grateful for the service your company provides. I was at a loss of knowing where to obtain skilled care for my parents. Your service made it easy to post a description and find qualified candidates. We hired someone (her name is Bebi) and so far she is by far more than exceeding our expectations! Thank you!

Since joining Care.com in June as a house cleaner/caregiver, everything has been great and gone smoothly. Care.com was exactly what I needed when I wanted to build my clientele base, which I definitely have done. When signing up with care.com each step was easy to navigate with the exception of the map. It's very difficult to draw the area you are willing to travel to for work because you need to enlarge the map and circle the area at the same time, which I found very hard to do. It would be much easier if you could enter a zip code and a mile radius for the area and distance you are willing to travel. Overall, Care.com has been a great experience and I have gained some great clients.

Care.com offered me a discount that I couldn’t refuse and I found a great tutor within a couple of days.

So frustrating. They might not have any real sitters, and you don't know unless you pay the fees upfront. Then they will refuse to refund. They will also try to upsell you on everything you can imagine. It's made to sound like background checks are included. That's not true, they will charge you extra for that. Then they will make you jump through more hoops. I paid and did everything they asked, and I was still never able to send a message to one. single. caregiver. Avoid.
