Care.com Is Employs Deceptive Practices and Has Poor Customer Service
Care.com employs practices that lead those who used their services to enter into an auto-pay scheme that is hard to understand and even harder to cancel. When I contacted their customer service, a person named Jimmy, I was treated dismissively and arrogantly.

do no join! looks like a fake company website. every single job post under childcare has the same exact description. copy and paste probably by one creator.

Care.com has predatory business…
Care.com has predatory business practices. They charge subscriptions without warning that the subscription will be charged and then refuse a refund after cancelling one day later and sending an email. This is despicable behavior clearly designed to get extra money from people who don’t want to use the services (or in my case sadly no longer have a need for services).

Care.com made hiring aides a snap
Care.com made the process of hiring quality elder care aides much easier than I expected. I was given a template for submitting a summary of what’s needed, and within two days I had several qualified professionals offering to help, complete with summaries of experience and references.
