Got treated like it was my 1st time through the door, when I have been paying for a car from them for 4 years. Got jipped out of a gas card and 500$ off car price. And, they sold me a car with no heat in Michigan. So much for having a perfect payment record for 4 years.

The experience started out great. And then it wasn't. I haven't made my first payment yet, and I've had to have the water pump replaced. But, the day before that, my transmission started slipping. I mentioned it to Car City, the warranty company. Long story short, diagnostic isn't covered under warranty. Fair enough. But considering the Car City I'm leasing my vehicle from has A WHOLE SERVICE CENTER, I would think they could run the diagnostic there. Wrong. I was actually referred to an entirely different dealership where I will pay out of pocket. I've "owned" the vehicle for 17 days.

This company is amazing. It has helped me get my car and made my life better. The agents that helped me explained everything in detail to the top. I would recommend this company to anyone
