Everything went great
Everything went great. From browsing to picking out the diamonds to the suds and backings. Customer service was great when asking questions about the metal and other specific questions I had. Shipping had me nervous as buying something and tracking it through customs. But it was smooth. I actually got a call when it hit customs in Cincinnati. I relayed that message and the tax was paid instantly and no issues. The finance loves them as they were a gift before the ring so she would have everything just right for the surprise. They shine in the light!!!! I have actually recommended caratbee to several people since my experience went great. Also the pricing is hard to beat. As others have said, quality, pricing, customer service and more is all great!

Great Quality and Customer Service
Great product and they provided great communication through all steps of the process. Minor shipping delays but appeared to be due to the shipping company not CaratBee

At first I was very skeptical of the….
