It is possible that some of these emails may have been filtered into the spam or promotions folder, but from our side the updates were issued at each step. Regarding the timeline, there was a small delay during the crafting stage, which we sincerely apologize for. To make up for this, we refunded the express shipping fee you had paid. Despite refunding the charge, we still shipped the ring via express service from our end and continuously followed up with the courier to ensure it reached you as quickly as possible.
