I cannot overstate the quality of engagement I'm having with this company. It is rare!!! They work with me, acknowledge problems, and work with me to resolve them. This is an evolving technology and will only get better and better.

These glasses are not a perfect, but they’re so incredibly helpful! Yesterday, while leading a small Bible study group and wearing these glasses, I didn’t have to ask anyone to repeat themselves or speak louder. This has never happened! These glasses work best indoors, since it’s hard to see the words in the sun. There is a bit of lag time for the captions, and it often doesn’t pick up all the words, but l would still recommend these to help you not feel completely left out of a conversation. It takes awhile to get used to them, they feel a bit heavy, but don’t give up after a few days. Do not try to walk and talk and wear these until you’re used to them. I was very dizzy the first couple of times I tried these. The glasses work best when focused on the speaker and facing them. They don’t work as well with multiple speakers talking over each other in different volumes. The captions tend to pick up the loudest voice— which does make it challenging when you’re with a group of kids all talking at once. They work very well providing captions for videos and I’m a fan of the word placement on the lenses. The word placement allows me to choose to read the captions and look at the person at the same time. Sometimes, I’m hearing well, so I don’t need to read the captions and just focus on the speaker. I’m happy I ordered the prescription glasses (mine are progressives), they work so well for me to lead small groups at my church. Thank you for this valuable tool to help me feel more confident and less frustrated in conversations and groups. I’m a fan!

What I like most about these glasses is that they work indoors and outdoors, in stores, and even when WiFi isn't available. Just charge and go- closest I've come to plug-and-play! FUNCTIONAL!!!

Well it’s only been less then one day and I can already tell that these glasses are gonna be a life changer. I have profound hearing loss and these will make my life easier, and everyone who has to deal with me. I feel my mood is more positive already. Can’t imagine how things will improve on day number two.

The responsiveness of the Captify team is top notch! So good that I felt comfortable making this big purchase. In one day I can assure you it is worth every penny!! Restaurants, cafes, meetings, and movies are no longer an ordeal. Even life at home is improved. I only wish I had added the cost of progressives to my bonded lens.

We purchased the Captify Pro glasses for my mother who has been deaf since the age of 4. She has only communicated via lip reading. These glasses have been life changing. She is in her late 70s and communication is now almost flawless with these glasses. It took very little time to learn how to use them. Everyone that sees my mom with these glasses want to try them and love them. I would recommend this product and this company to everyone. The customer service team is unbelievable. Any questions we have had have been addressed quickly. Isabelle has been fantastic. My mom knows if she has any issues she can reach out and Isabelle will help her. I don't write many reviews but this product has been such a game changer I had to let others know.

Customer service is exceptional, answered all my questions and helped me with the learning curve. The fit is great and very comfortable, very light for the technology. I've worn hearing aids for quite a few years, 3 pairs $$$. About 6 months ago I woke up and couldn't hear anything. I was reviewing deafness and cochlear implants when I read a post about Captify glasses. I sent to their website read all their information and immediately ordered a pair. I couldn't be happier. I made an appointment with an audiologist to see if I qualified for a cochlear implant. I did. The audiologist was amazed with the technology in the glasses, I told her hearing aids no longer work for me and I was hoping these would help with the transition to the implants. She mentioned she has a lot of patients who no longer benefit from hearing aids and are cautious about getting Cochlear implant and these are an ideal alternative. I didnt wear them the day of my surgery but I did wear them to my post op follow up. Everyone in the surgeons office was amazed they've never seen anything like these. The didnt assistance came in the examination room and was asking about them. She then went out and told my surgeon. The surgeon came into the room full of questions. We spent most of my appointment discussing my glasses. She said she has so many patients who would benefit from this technology. I showed her the web site and took down the information. Both my audiologist and surgeon are impatiently waiting on literature to come in the mail.

Je suis français, et j'ai pris le risque d'acheter ces lunettes auprès de Captify, à 10 000 km de Paris, sans pouvoir les essayer! Je les ai reçues en en début 2026, et je dois dire que je ne regrette pas cet achat! Elles sont géniales, me permettent d'à nouveau participer à des conversations en groupe, comme en tête à tête, d'assister à des conférences et même d'aller au cinéma. C'est un véritable changement pour moi, les aides auditives classique sont rangées au rayon des accessoires, encore utiles pour le téléphone ou pour entendre la télévision avec un deuxième accessoire adapté, mais c'est bien tout. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les évolutions du soft durant l'année, qui ont résolu les quelques problèmes de connexion ou d'instabilité rencontrés au début. La charge tient 4 heures, je pense que c'est très bien eu égard à leur taille et leur poids. J'en fais la démonstration à tous les membres de mon entourage, et ils sont ébahis. Bravo Captify!
