I've been using the Captify glasses for almost 3 months and they have been super helpful in specific situations. There is a learning curve for sure, but the customer support has been extremely helpful. I find them most helpful when I am in a board meeting, at religious services, and at the movies. Also, I have been able to hear and participate in dinner time conversation with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. I don't feel as "left out." I saw a movie for the first time in years! The battery life for me is adequate and the glasses charge quickly. My understanding is that Captify sacrificed battery life to make the glasses as light as possible. They are comfortable to wear for the 2-3 hours or so that my battery lasts; once I hit the 2.5-3 hour mark the nose pieces dig in and I have to take them off anyway. My main issue is accuracy of the transcription. I understand that there will be some updates in the future. I hope that these updates are released very soon! I have recommended Captify glasses to many people and have demonstrated them; I am a happy customer.

While the glasses are great when they're working, it can be maddengly difficult to get to then right screen and activate "transcribe". The screen can then shut down

In general, I love being able to read a conversation taking place. I have trouble in crowded circumstances and with certain tones. My wife says they look OK, but a little "nerdy". Generally, they work well, but sometimes lag behind during lengthy monologues, like church. Then, it can be frustrating when it gets a paragraph or more behind. I haven't worked out if that's a problem with the glasses and app... or if it's the wifi causing the lag. Still, in regular situations, the glasses are a welcome relief.

Absolutely love the glasses. My only con to them is that it is hard to clean both sets of lense. the Rx lenses are hard to remove to clean both side. if there was a easier solution maybe a hindge or something. As for the PRO: WOW they work great, capture everything and provide a high quality display. Weight is not more more then my current glasses. can not wait to see what future updates bring
