When I reached out because my shipping order was incorrect (not their fault) they were extremely fast to reply AND fixed it even though there was a large chance it couldn’t be fixed.

Cynthia was fantastic! I had reached out to get a gift note added to the piece. While that isn't something you all do yet - Cynthia worked with me and updated the shipping address to help me make this a perfect gift for my friend!

When I accidentally forgot to add one name, I panicked and ordered a second after I emailed customer service asking if I could have my original order updated. William got back to me within the hour, he was able to update my first order, and cancel and refund my second panicked order. I’m grateful for their understanding and their prompt customer service. I can’t wait to receive my item for my mother on mother’s day!!

The order process was seamless. I even had to change the address after I ordered and they were very accommodating.

I LOVE the print. However, It was left outside the spring door to the front door - it rained last night - I found the box at 6:30 this a.m. It was so wet, it had come apart. The bubblewrap didn't seal the print. I had to take the whole thing apart and try to salvage it by drying it with a fan. Perhaps these lovely works of art should be sealed in plastic prior to the bubblewrap. Carole Gary
