Company made a mistake and refuses refund- insists on sending product AFTER Mother's Day holiday. Also deletes comments on Facebook and Instagram from anyone dissatisfied.
Response from Capri StudiosMay 22, 2026
Hi Jennell, thank you for your comment – but we're having trouble locating any order, emails, or messages under your name. We take all customer concerns seriously and would never refuse a refund without reviewing the case. That said, we need to be able to identify you in our system first. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order information or the email address you used to purchase. Once we can locate your order, we'll be happy to review what happened and find a fair resolution. As for social media comments – we do not delete reviews or comments from dissatisfied customers. We believe in transparency. If a comment was removed, it may have been flagged by automated systems or contained language against platform policies, but we welcome honest feedback!

Like many others, I thought this would be a nice Mother's Day gift for a friend and myself: I took advantage of the BOGO half off deal. My proofs arrived in 24 hours and I was asked to approve the designs, which was a difficult process because they were not incorporating the changes I asked for. Next thing I know, it says your order has shipped. I tried multiple times to contact the company, no response. My order now reads as delivered, but I didn't receive anything. I contacted my bank to request a refund. I will also be writing to the Better Business Bureau. This company takes your money and runs! Buyer beware! Updated 5/21/26 Yes, the company did refund me.

Hi Kristen, thank you for sharing your feedback. We take claims like this very seriously. We want to clarify a few important points: You requested a cancellation and refund, and we issued you a full refund. The delay in your order stemmed from one of the two items taking longer than expected to be approved – not from ignoring your changes. We never want a customer to feel unheard or left without support. Since you've already received a full refund, we respectfully ask that you consider updating your review to reflect that resolution.
