We have been dealing with a specific issue regarding a court summons since 8/5/19. NO ONE told us we should take it upon ourselves to correspond with the court and the lawyer on the summons until today, the letter is due Sunday and we have to drop one off at the court house. We have been in contact with Canyon weekly to biweekly and told that it will be reviewed by the legal dept. Today, the last person we spoke with, Tammy, was the most helpfu. She has offered to keep checking and keep us updated and we will be asking for her when we have further needed contacts. VERY frustrating and upsetting. Communication is so very important and we did not have this.

My experience on the phone today was very informative. The lady I spoke with was very helpful but most of all VERY polite. She made me fill important. She took her time to answer my questions and was really polite even when I asked the same questions because I did not understand. It was a positive experience. I enjoyed talking with her and felt better afterwards.
