So far I’m very disappointed.I was told the program would be over in 51 months and I’m told now it will take an additional 16 months .

I have been enrolled with Canyon Legal for a good while now. Never really had any problems and they were always there to answer questions or concerns. Up till now they had a 5 star rating with me and I had nothing negative to say......till now. I received a Warrant in Debt from Target. I called and the agent I spoke to was very informative and let me know I needed to get that to them as soon as possible. I scanned and emailed that day, receiving a confirmation of receipt that evening. This was two weeks before the court date. About 4 days or so go by and I get an email that it is being looked at by the litigation team. 3 days before my wife and I are due into court, I still have not heard anything back, so I called. Apparently, according to the phone call I made, the package I sent you has been sitting and nothing had been done. The agent I spoke to reached out to Litigation to find out what was going on and she tells me the Litigation Agent has expedited it to the Litigation Manager. I am prepared to go and try to get this continued tomorrow 9/27/2019. This DOES NOT leave me with a warm and fuzzy with how your team handles legal matters. I should have been speaking with someone concerning this so I don't feel like I am having "wing it" in Court tomorrow morning. I will be letting you know how it goes when I am out of court.

Lately there have been many "glitches" in the system. I have received multiple emails about the same negotiation settlement after I accepted to the first email and called only to find out that it was settled for a higher amount without anyone calling me or emailing me. I also received an email this morning stating that I terminated our partnership when I didn't call or email about termination at all. These "glitches" seem to be happening more and more frequently. I appreciate the work you folks do but I have been stressed out by theses issues.

Have been trying to fax papers I to you but get no answer

The process of paying the debts takes to long and you take your charge out first while allowing the bills to go unpaid for two years. Why not spread your charges over the four years and get started paying some of the debts we owe. I accepted below only because it would not let me go any further unless I did.
