My husband is a professional artist ( oil painter) and he is frequently asked if he sells prints of his work. He has never done prints because the one time he had a print made, at a premier photo lab, the colors in the prints were washed out and faded. We are so happy with the print we received - the colors are true and the quality is great. We highly recommend Canvas Factory.

Poor quality and poor communication. Chinese company posing as America based. Purchased prints on acrylic. Received pale versions of my photos glued to a thin plastic sheet. Very disappointing. Communication with the company non existent.

Hi Oleg I have actually received your prior email to us an replied to it on Feb 22 asking for images of the received print so we can investigate and sort out any issues you might have with it but have yet to receive a reply. Our company is actually based in Australia and utilize several Production Facilities for our customers and the location and product determines where a customer's prints are made. We have no intention of posing as an American based company and we are very transparent where the prints are made. (Both with our CS team and our FAQ portion on the site) We are terribly sorry if you feel this way and we look forward in sorting this out for you.
