Hi Christina. oh no, I would be disappointed as well! I can see you ordered through our USA web site, which is great, but unfortunately our custom sized canvas are produced in China. All other canvas products are produced by our team in Colorado. I do think 18 days is a bit excessive and whilst we cant control delays with our couriers I can offer you a store credit so you can place a new order from our Colorado team. HI Michael, sorry to hear your order is taking longer than expected. I can see we shipped it on the 4th business day after receiving your order, and it is now in the States. Unfortunately it seems to have been held up in customs for 3 days, which is longer than normal. It appears to be on the road from BREINIGSVILLE, so will hopefully be with you in the next day or two. Whilst most of our orders are delivered under 10 business days, delays can take place with our shipping partners. Customs normally take 1 day to clear so all I can imagine is there has been a hold up somewhere Thank you for your patience while we get your order to you :) Kind Regards Amanda
