I still haven't received my canvases.

Went back and forth in an order to ensure quality. This took weeks was then told my order was being processed then sadly an email saying they don’t ship to Canada. I was refunded but not the same amount I paid. Someone from the company told me they would reach out to resolve the issue but nobody has.

I paid for the extra quality checking to ensure that my photos were of good quality and that the canvases looked good. This part of my transaction was adequate except that canvases can't be resized and the order needs to be canceled and reordered to decrease image size to optimize resolution. Once I had the quality of the photos and the resolution was satisfactory I was told my canvases would be shipped. Here is where this whole process was a GIANT waste of my time. Once I had been going back and forth with technicians for a couple of weeks I was then told that the company doesn't ship to Canada. This could have been avoided from the get-go. When my credit card was refunded the total amount that was refunded was short by 30$. I would not recommend using this company.

i was really disappointed with the photo canvas I received. The image quality was poor, likely because the resolution wasn’t high enough, which wasn’t flagged during the design process. Other sites I’ve used have alerted me if there’s a resolution issue, but this one didn’t. To make matters worse, one edge of the canvas had a noticeable white strip instead of the photo, which was frustrating. Overall, not the quality I was expecting, and I won’t be ordering again.

The quality was very grainy. Everything looked distorted. I used the same files for a photo book, approximately the same size when printed, and it turned out beautifully. I will not use this company again. I also had no idea that the product would be coming from New Zealand since the invoice had a Chicago address. It barely made it before Christmas. It didn't matter since I was embarrassed to give it as a gift.

Large canvas continue to be inappropriately engineered. did not use wood framing and strong support hardware. the picture not as vivid and clear as photo. used cardboard backing and glue for the seams but didn't consider the impact of the weight. They used the cheap rivet holders. The picture crashed down off the wall in a couple hours and became undisplayable. use Canvas World instead

Do not purchase from this company. Framing is very poor quality. Did not use wood around the edges as is typical for a large canvas, only heavy cardboard glued around edge to the edge of the canvas also made of cardboard and some styrofoam stuffing inside. They should have know the canvas was going to be way too heavy for the hook holders. Our picture fell off within a couple hours of hanging. Damaged, unable to display. Fortunately it missed our pup who was laying close by.

At this point and time I do not have my package and they are working on it.
