Canvas FactoryReviews of canvasfactory.com

Horrible experience! Never received the order. Had to chase them multiple times before they provided a tracking number. I also reconfirmed my delivery address with them. Checked with the courier and the tracking number provided does not deliver to my address! It was to some random address. Contacted CS regarding my issue and demanded a refund. All they did was delay my refund and said someone will get back to me. Obviously no one did. Believe this is a scam! Don’t purchase from them.

I couldn’t order from you

My experience was excellent! The team was professional and responded to my emails promptly. The initial picture I submitted was low quality and the team gave me the opportunity to provide a higher quality image. I am completely satisfied with product. The canvas came ready to hang.

Fantastic service, quality and pricing. I will definitely order more canvas prints. Love them.

Ordered 7 canvasses of our wedding photos. Didn't go with the design + option and all turned out great. Really impressed with the speed; ordered on the 17th Dec, shipped on the 20th and arrived on the 21st in time for Christmas.

This company was running promotions for deliveries in time for Christmas as recently as December 14, saying orders arrive in 4-10 days. It is a scam. I placed an order on 12/11 and in the last 12 days, the shipment hasn't even left China yet. When I asked for an update they did not say this was a shipping delay, but instead pointed to some fine print that says orders needed to be in by Dec. 3 for Christmas delivery. I searched 5 different web sites before I found one that, I thought, was still advertising fulfillment before Christmas, and I would not have placed this order if the web interface did not scream at every step of the way that it was still in time for Christmas, so this seems like false advertising intended to trick users into feeling like they can still make purchases Canvas Factory has no way of producing on time. Indeed, the site itself lists a Chicago address in the footer, and nowhere makes it clear that shipments are coming from China until you receive the tracking number from a foreign shipping company, to find out that it's just been spending the last week bouncing around 3 cities in southeast China.

Ignoring all my requests for help with my parcel which is stuck and doesn’t move for almost two weeks, it takes 1,5 month from I placed an order and still doesn’t arrived. Horrible support. And they use horrible shipping company.

excellent service
