Absolutely got what I ordered. Beautiful!

It's been almost 20 days since my order and all I've been given is a non valid tracking number. First request was not resolved and now have submitted another, with no resolution as of now.

I ordered a month ago almost and have yet to receive the purchase and I am unable to track the items.

Great service and delivery

Had a photo printed on metal. The finished product is very good. The reason for three stars is because I placed my order December 9th. I requested the professional review. By December 21st I had not received any update. I reached out to Canvas Factory for a tracking number or cancellation. I was told it couldn't be canceled because it shipped on the 19th, but FedEx didn't receive tracking info until December 23 and it was being shipped from China. It didn't arrive until December 31st. Very disappointing experience.

First time I’ve ordered a metal print and I went with a 16 x 20 collage. Uploaded 6 pictures, sized them the way I wanted, chose the quality check for a few extra dollars and pulled the trigger on the order. Could not be happier with the finished product! Looking forward to doing more in the future!

The interface to create my photo collage and select all my options was simple and intuitive. Checkout was simple and easy.

Turned out great!
