We moved into a new home in 2019. All of the family pics we had were old so when we got together in November we had new family pics done. There are 13 of us and I wanted to do a collage of different pics for a wall in our new home. I had Canvas Factory do some work for me in the past and they had some really great collages so I sent it to them. I could not be happier with the 11 wrapped photos we got back. We are hanging all of them today and am so excited to finally have our family back up on our walls.

Never received my order. Company won’t even reply to my emails! They had no problem taking my money though. Terrible way to run a business! Very disappointed. Save your money and order elsewhere!

Product came out well. One corner of the canvas wasn’t tight but it was adequate. Biggest issue was it did not come from US but instead China which took FOREVER. I specifically looked for company based in US.

In my opinion, the colors were off in several pics - looked a bit orange. However, my daughter (whose gift it was, and who took the pics) thought it looked fine and didn't want me to worry about having them redone. When I inquired about it with the company, they responded very quickly and seemed willing to help me with the issue, if I sent them a picture of the picture. I dropped it, since my daughter was happy, but was glad to see their responsiveness. Was a very good value for a last minute Christmas gift, that arrived on time, as promised.

Not arrived ! No idea ehat happened , will never ever use your site again

I had been wanting to print a 5 panel canvas with one of my landscape shots for years and so glad I finally did. They knocked it out of the park. Great detail and the colors are perfect. It is the centerpiece on our living room wall.

When we received our metal collage, it was beautiful. Except for a piece of one of the photos had peeled off. Sadly, one of my family members was missing part of their head in one of the photos. I notified the customer service team, sent photos of the damage, and Gee Anyango made sure our collage was reprinted and shipped to us quickly. She was responsive and ensured we were taken care of. Our metal collage is absolutely beautiful, my in-laws have also ordered two metal collages from Canvas Factory because they liked ours so much. Thank you Canvas Factory!
