After missplacing one of 2 keys to my Stack on safe which I use for Hunter Education classroom aids, I thought I should order a second key. Jesse was awesome! I was experiencing a user induced error and he solved it within 2 minutes. My experience with the customer support team at cannon was a positive one, I read many only reviews saying otherwise. I had planned on holding on the phone line because i thought that they would never call back. I held on the line for about 15 minutes and then my wife needed help with something so I selected the call back option, it wasn't quite 10 minutes and Jesse called. Everything about the call was professional, even though it was a stupid error on my part and I was overthinking the situation. Hands down 5 out of 5 stars for customer support.
