Helped with broken lock repair locksmith fee. Thanks ALPHA GUARDIAN.

My house flooded in 2012, I have a Cannon Pixma MX452. We put it in our shed after the flood and honestly I thought it would never work again but, I did not throw it away. I bagged it up in a garage bag. Today July 9, 2019. I was cleaning out my shed and found my printer hooked it up and to my amazement it worked. Seven years later!!!!! I will be a cannon customer for life! I am amazed. Thank you Cannon for making a product this durable. Darlene Tolbert Independence, Louisiana 70443

Bought a H8 Home Safe 1 year ago and the battery finally went out. My sister called me to tell me she couldn't get into my safe to put my 1950's Comic Books that recently arrived inside it. I called costumer service and told them that i wasn't home due me working out of the country and "Luis Navarro" Costumer Service Rep verified my info and i explained my situation and he called my sister up and walked her through the process and troubleshoot my safe. And let me say it was a relief. 1st and only time i ever had an issue with a Cannon Safe after owning different models for 5 years. Thank you Luis Navarro and Cannon Safe
