I bought a safe from a garage sale and just a few months later, the code quit working. I couldn't get into it, and it was going to cost me about 200.00 just to get it open, and then I was going to have to throw it away. I contacted cannonsafe, and they were so helpful and friendly even when I asked the dumbest questions possible. It only cost me 20.00 and I'm good as new. Very grateful!!

I would like to thank LORENA CAMBEROS , EDDY RAMIREZ and ROBBIE NUNEZ for outstanding customer service. Our 10 year old CH2 fire safe failed, after explaining that the outer steel was totally rusting out a new replacement was offered in 72 hours. Cannon stands by their lifetime replacement promise. I would recommend their products.

The keypad on my small gun safe (18 guns) began to beep and the bottom light blinked which indicated low battery. I replaced the battery and it was ok except 2 days later I noticed the same issue. Replaced that battery and it didn't solve the issue. I called customer service, did not have to wait forever, talked with a very nice rep. & he confirmed what I thought it might be.....faulty keypad. He put in an order for a new one to be shipped to me & sent me an email with a link to "how to install" . The entire experience was painless (much to my surprise) ! My suggestion....make sure you register your safe with Cannon

The company went out of their way to assist me with a problem that wasn’t caused by them but due to my key destroyed in a fire. Very very pleased with the efforts, follow up and customer service. Highly recommend.

I bought a floor model 40 gun safe, everything was working fine at the store until I started to change the code then I think I burned the pad trying too many times. I called customer service and Oliver Canche helped me through the process and come to fine out it had a bad keypad, so he sent me a new one with no problems. I'm happy with it so far. Thanks Oliver
