Cannon Safe, did an outstanding job in assisting me with my gun vault and when the safe could not be repaired. They are sending me a brand new vault to replace the malfunctioning vault. Just a personal note, Victor Pantoja the CSA did an outstanding job and is a superior employee and is my reason to stay with Cannon Safe.

The battery in my safes electronic keypad would only last a couple of weeks before being drained and wouldn't open my safe. Texted Cannon and Gerry Lara got right back to me and told me he was sending out a replacement keypad and parts to solve this situation. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank him and Cannon for his help and professionalism. Very pleased and thankful with the way Cannon honored its warranty on my 9 yr old safe.

My 19 year old Lagard digital keypad/lock had a "stroke". It got very erratic and might open every 4th time. Then only the factory default code might work every fourth time. I called Cannon and they sent me a replacement keypad/lock via FedEx a week after my first contact. I was able to swap it out myself and we are back to normal.
