Gerry was wonderful to deal with very quick to answer my emails and knowledgeable in trying to resolve the problem. When problem wasn’t resolvable by trouble shooting it meant replacing the locking mechanism, which was sent out within a few days after an email with links to how to replace the parts ourselves.

I recently had an issue with the locking mechanism on my cannon safe. I sent an email to the warranty department and as little as 2 weeks I had my problem diagnosed and parts to fix the issue sent to me free of charge. Eden Rodriguez was a big help to me and it only took 5 minutes to fix after getting parts mailed to my door. Cannon safes are a step above the rest. Thank you for all your help and time.
