Purchased a Stack-On safe with traditional combination but lost the handles for the rotating locking mechanism. Contact Cannon Safe response and communications very efficient. Handles were a special order so it took a while but just got the handles and all is well. Judging by customer service I would highly recommend this safe company. MIchael Tinaglia

VICTOR PANTOJA WAS WONDERFUL. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. WEVE HAD OUR SAFE FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND EVEN THOUGH ITS A DISCONTINUED MODLE, HE WAS ABLE TO FIND PARTS FOR IT.
