I recently purchased a Cannon 48 gun safe. After rigging into my basement, I realized that shelves were missing. I spoke with Angel at customer service and he exceeded my expectations. He was pleasant, polite and took care of the issue and more. I own another much older, much larger, much heavier Cannon safe and I have to say that safe has always been one of my favorites. After today's experience, I will highly recommend Cannon safes to all who ask. Thank you Angel. Thank you Cannon.

Oliver was terrific.. specific, deliberate and courteous. He took care of a miscommunications on your end very smoothly and direct. In my world of business employment HE IS A KEEPER!!

I purchased a safe 6 months ago and for some reason the pass code was not working. I called Cannon's main number 847 665-1635 and reached Oliver.
