I recently reached out to the Cannon service department. I managed to get over zealous with the handle spokes on the door of one of my Cannon safes and sheared the shaft off right at the set screw. While this is still a work in progress I am very pleased with the communication with two of the persons in their service department!! As of today all necessary parts are ordered for my issue. I live an hour plus from the nearest locksmith equipped to handle my issue. Currently waiting for another return call from locksmith. Once repair parts arrive I hope to be back in business. So far I certainly give Cannon an A+ !!! If I have an opportunity I will leave a follow up when the job is complete.

The entire team was truly professional with not only great customer service every time I had called over the past two days, the whole experience was outstanding and quick. I bought my Safe (dial combo) about 8-9 years ago and misplaced my combo, thank goodness they maintained an archive for old safes and saved me about $600 for a local Safe tech just to open it. Not to mention destroying my Safe! Great job guys and thanks for you speedy responses.
