Joey Cruz helped us with the problem we were having with the safe. We needed a new keypad. It was sent to us promptly. The directions allowed us to easily install the new pad. Mr. Cruz is the type of individual you want to keep handling customer service problems. Thank you to Mr. Cruz

Oliver, your service representative was outstanding. He was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He walked me through my problem and provided solutions. Please give him a raise. He deserves it. After I hung up the phone I looked at my wife and I said “ why can’t all businesses have customer service like that”. This was a truly pleasant experience. I can’t say enough about this young man. Thanks again, Ray Stone.

Romeo B. assisted me and my elderly father with his safe that would not open (keypad/lock issue). Romeo was extremely patient and professional with my father while walking him through a few steps prior to determining what the problem was. Romeo ultimately determined my father needed a new keypad/lock and immediately put in the request to have it shipped out. He also sent us a video on how to replace the part once we received it. Romeo definitely went above and beyond and represented Cannon Safes in an outstanding manner!!! Love the customer service that Cannon Safes provides as well!!!! Thank you Romeo!!!

Customer support was very helpful. They went above and beyond to find a replacement of my safe that was damaged in a flood from a hurricane. They truly stand behind their product and their warranty.

I had difficulty getting access to my safe (keypad malfunction). I called and spoke to Oliver expecting to hear it was going to cost me money to repair the safe. I was assured the safe was under 100% warranty. They shipped me a new locking mechanism at no cost and told me to call if I had any problems with installation. I was provided a MP4 which correctly showed me installation. Many times, people become irritated during this time of year and Oliver was very patient and provided me with exceptional customer service.

Eden is my representative. Everything was exactly as it should be. Response was quick, my situation was understood and the situation was taken care of immediately. I expected to get the runaround and be told that they could not help me. (what happened was totally my fault) What could have been a disappointing interaction surprised me and worked out perfectly and at no charge to me. Thanks Eden Rodriguez..
