I have had to replace a locking mechanism on an old American eagle safe (2004 model). The safe is close to 20 years old and the locking mechanism is only now starting to have issues. When I called customer service, I had a very short hold time and Armando helped me find out the right parts I needed. He walked me through the installation process all while on the phone. I will never have another type of safe or trust another company as much as I trust cannon safe company. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I purchased a gun vault several years ago for use in my vehicle. When we sold it, I put the gun vault in the garage and that’s where it’s sat for more than a year. When I located it, I realized the key to it was on the key to the car that we traded in. I immediately contacted this company and I received an almost instantaneous response to my request for a new key. They don’t just send out a key to anyone who asks for it, they make sure that you are who you say you are and you are indeed the owner of the gun vault product . Within a week, I received notice that I was going to be getting a new key in the mail. All communications with the company, courteous and professional. You really can’t ask for more than that. I will not hesitate to recommend this product or to do business with this company again. Thank you.

All the people, from ARMANDO, JENNY, TONI, AND ANY OTHERS THAT HELPED ME IN THIS PROCESS were top notch with their people skills and attention to detail and to my ultimate satisfaction. We were frustrated unable to have a printed hard copy manual for our safe. Representative Jenny Ibarra was terrific helping us w our issue that I couldn't remedy online. She was truly the help n calm in an escalating problem. Cannon safe is great. However, SOME people do not have smart phones,, printers, or the ability to copy instructions. BASIC instructions should be included, especially for the cost of safe. Thank goodness for life-SAFER Jenny🥰
