There was a bit of a wait when I called the customer service line but once I got the rep on the line he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to easily resolve my problem in a short amount of time. His step by step instructions were clear and easy to understand. It’s refreshing to have customer service at this level!

When I called Cannon Louis listened to my problems with my safe. He said he would have new parts shipped to me to fix the problem but would take a couple of weeks to ship. I haven't received any parts yet as it has only been 1 week.
