Cannon SafeReviews of cannonsafe.com

Great product! Superb customer service. The web description of the safe was a little different than the product. Customer service was extremely responsive and timely. They corrected the issue and are sending me a small gun safe for my troubles. It’s nice to see a company that takes pride in their service, as well as the product. This is my second safe from them.

Joey Cruz quickly resolved the problem! Very professional and nice.

Jenny did a great job of getting to me quickly and working through the problem efficiently. I was impressed with her efforts to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome.

Lorena Camberos was amazing!! The patience she displayed with my lack of ability to assist myself in fixing my Cannon Safe code, which I clearly broke, because of my lack of mechanical skills, and was so very much appreciated!!! I REALLY needed help in an area where I could not navigate alone. I felt so lost & overwhelmed. Lorena was the answer to a prayer!! I was so lost, and I really needed assistance. The help I required took a little while to complete and Lorena never lost her patience. I know I am challenging. She successfully assisted me to resolve my issue, which I did not think was possible. I really thought I was going to have to buy a whole new safe because I broke the code to enter my safe. My husband thought the same. I truly hope Cannon Safes realizes what a treasure they have in Lorena, as their employee. If I ever need help again, I know Lorena is there for me!

Romeo Bautista was excellent with helping me. I needed some parts and he was right on it with having them sent to me! Previously he also assisted me with getting my safe to operate properly! This is why I I chose cannon! Thank you again!

Had issues registering my Stack-On cabinet online. Called the customer service number and spoke to Joey Cruz. He registered my purchased and answered all my questions in no time. Joey is definitely an important asset to this company!

We had finally, after several years, changed to a real combination from the delivered one of 1-2-3-4-5-6. Subsequently, the new combination stopped working - likely as you correctly advised, the battery was now too old - even though it did work well beyond its lifetime n and much longer than Cannon recommends. However, after changing to a brand new battery and using the passcode combination, that didn't work either - nor did the former one. In any case,I was unsuccessful but my wife was more persistant and kept trying to shake and jiggle the wheel to try to get it to rotate counter - clockwise. After some time,it suddenly turned - and the door unbolted and all was OK. But removing the panel on the back of the door showed nothing wrong - except locking it again with the door of course open had the lock sometimes unlock and other times not unlock again - with no obvious difference. We are of course afraid to close and lockthe door again. Mr Cruz was most helpful having us explain all this and offered to have a fix that we think will work, Many thanks to him and to Cannon and Tractor Supply for the great help.
