Cannon SafeReviews of cannonsafe.com

This is an update to 5 stars from my previous 4 star review. Though there were initially some missing items, I have to say the excellent customer service I received from Oliver made up for those issues. It is a very good safe that exceeds expectations in its price range. I was completely satisfied after receiving the missing bits and instructions.

I bought a Cannon Safe in 2007. The last few months, it got to where it would only open about 1 of every 15 attempts. I searched all over and was told by several companies I needed a new, battery, keypad, locking mech all different stuff. I was finally able to reach Cannon and they told me the SG keypad and lock needed to be replaced. They sent me a new NL keypad and lock at NO CHARGE, and in less than 10 minutes, it was fixed. Amazing experience.

My purchase was missing a part. I simply emailed the company and with haste, they sent me the replacement part free of charge. Super satisfied and look forward to buying more products from this company.

I purchased a Stack On gun safe a few years ago on a Black Friday sale. A short time after owning the safe I heard a loud clunk like something metal had falling off inside the safe door. I recently removed the inner panel and found a brace/structural large piece had broken from its small welds and was laying at the bottom of the door. I contacted Cannon/Stack On customer service to ask about warranty options. They initially said the piece wasn’t necessary for operation of the safe but I disagreed and they agreed to replace the safe. It did take approximately two months for the replacement to arrive but it was worth the wait. Cannon sent me an upgraded model with a retail price significantly more the my original so I couldn’t be happier. Hats off to Cannon for making it right and standing behind their warranty.

We purchased a safe that the keypad was not working. We had to open with the key. I emailed Cannon and Romeo Bautista sent a new lock with step by step to I stall and change the combo. My safe is now working with the keypad. Thanks for the awesome Customer service. I would purchase a Cannon again.

Can’t say enough great things about these guys. This is my second stack on safe and I love it. Was missing a part and they sent it no problems. Great communication and fast service.

Contacted Cannon about a dial lock that was unreliable and would take numerous attempts to open. Victor had suggestions to try but I explained the issue and he offered to replace it with a digital lock after I sent him some pertinent information about the safe and an address to ship to. Communication was very good and order status, shipping status were emailed to me at the appropriate times. Links to videos with information were sent to accomplish the replacement, not difficult and only required a few hand tools. Very pleased with Cannon and their support personnel.

I lost the keys to my Stack-On gun cabinet and filled out the form online to replace the keys. Victor Pantoja from customer service emailed me back to get an image of the label on the back of the cabinet. I emailed back the image. Victor was prompt, polite and accommodating. Before this went further, I found the keys to the safe and notified Victor. He responded politely and did not make fun of me for almost loosing the keys! I will go to Cannon Safe for any future needs.
