Have had a cannon rifle safe for more than twenty years with no problems of any kind.

My safe had an issue with the lock mechanism and I contacted Cannon. Gerry emailed me immediately after emailing customer service. His knowledge and professionalism is truly genuine. He provided exact details on troubleshooting the issue and shipped the repair parts quickly and followed up with tracking information. Great experience!!

Robbie Nunez is an outstanding customer service representative. He made several attempts to help me repair my safe's lock, and when those did not work, he arranged for a complete safe replacement. He listened to my concerns, and he respectfully addressed each one. His responses were also timely. I also appreciate Cannon's product support.

When I received my safe it had an issue with the door locking. The response from their customer service team was amazing. They were professional, friendly and showed concern for my issues. After going through diagnosing the problem, the decision was made to replace it. Again the process was fast and seamless. I love my safe, highly recommend it to everyone.
