After 18 years, my electronic lock failed. A locksmith cut the safe open, and Cannon replaced the safe free of charge!

I purchased a 49 gun Cannon Safe from an independent dealer. I found that when I unboxed my safe it was damaged and missing parts, even the paperwork. I contacted the Customer Service and Toni R. was fantastic. Toni helped me locate important information and shared with me some important documentation.
