Toni Rodarte was very patient and helpful! I'm not the fastest and I got confused once or twice regarding where to find the info he needed but Toni kept cool the whole way through. Well, got a little excited when my husband asked about an Amazon order and talk to text picked it up and sent it to Toni in our chat. "Did you order from Amazon??" "What did you order??". Nono, it came from you. Toni you're a top notch customer support agent and stack on should be proud to call you their own, and give you a raise!

I had an issue with the handle not turning even with brand new battery. 4 days of not being able to connect to customer service, and finally today I was able to connect with Toni via live chat. Toni was so helpful and patient with me, and ultimately agreed to send me a new keypad to hopefully address the issue

Have had my Stack-On ELITE gun safe since 2005 and the lock just broke. Never have had any trouble prior to this. Customer service via the chat on line was excellent. Thanks go to Toni Rodarte. Trouble shooting helped identify the problem and ordered the replacement lock. Awaiting delivery. Excellent customer service so far.

I would like to thank the people at cannon, Robert Mendoza, and especially Jose Cruz for their help and immediate response with my problem. Communications and responses were 100%, a matter of fact when I didn't respond with return email for warranty work by the second day, Jose contacted me. Problem solved, safe fixed, on a three-year-old safe. And not out a penny.

I had a problem with a safe that is almost 15 years old. Cannon no longer uses the same type of locking mechanism and first tried to send a new one that would be compatible. Unfortunately, it was not easily compatible. But, they kept working on the issue and sent some replacement parts that would work if the solenoid was still functional. That did work. I really appreciated the efforts they put forward to attempt to solve my issue and had a great result. Gerry Lara and the rest of the team were really great to work with - much appreciated!
