The wire broke off to the keypad and I was having problems getting it back on the board. Gary was great on helping me diagnose the issue and getting the correct parts for replacement from Canon. It was a simple process and he was very helpful. Very hard to find great service these days and Canon really knocked it out of the park

Mr. Lara was well informed, courteous and efficient. He was able to identify the stage at which the issue with the locked safe/dead battery/ no key issue was, within the system and assisted in moving it forward, even in light of the backlog.

My electronic keypad lit up and took the code, but it wouldn’t let me open the safe. I called customer service and he had me put my number in again while he listened to the beep back. He diagnosed it as a weak battery, strong enough to light up the keypad but not enough juice to send a signal to open the lock. He walked me through changing the battery, I put in my code and the safe opened. Great online customer service. Thank you.

Just received my safe with broken hinges. I immediately contacted customer support support and spoke with Toni Rodarte. He immediately squared away the problem and replacements are on their way. Thank you to Toni Rodarte.

The service rep, Toni Rodarte, was very helpful and extremely patient. I'm so thankful she was kind enough to put up with an old man who can barely operate a computer. If you need assistance and your computer skills are lacking, hope you get someone like Toni as your connection to the service dept.
