Having an issue with my lock. Toni was an awesome help. New parts are soon to be on the way. This is my 2nd safe. I love them.

Gerry and team helped me out with a very specific and challenging issue. I compounded the issue by not having a lot of the normal information on hand to help them help me. They worked through it with me - successfully.

Needed to change a defective key pad. The team was very helpful and responsive. Much appreciate your help in getting the parts needed.

Knowledgeable Person Lucy was able to find the manual for my ten-year-old safe and talk me through re-entering the password after the batteries had gone dead and the company had managed for me to obtain a new key.

Gerry sent me a new electronic lock assembly which was easy to install. My safe now works as good as new.
