Customer service was horrible. I was under the impression that the safe was put where you wanted it, because that is what I was once told. And for the amount of money paid for it, you figure it would be. You have to search for where it says curbside side delivery. So you end up have to pay a few hundred dollars more to get the safe moved inside. Never will I buy or recommend Cannon to anyone

Locking mechanism broke while changing password. Several calls and e-mails to get resolved. Wait times for Customer Service was a , minimum of 30 minutes most of the times it was 40 min. Different rep each time with no call log to work issue. Parts kit sent to locksmith was incomplete. Was offered a refund of the cost of having the safe delivered and have yet to receive it after 30 days.

Purchased safe several years ago. The electronic lock mechanism failed last month. Cannon sent us a new mechanism but still had to pay a locksmith half the price of the safe to drill holes in the safe and open it, and replace the mechanism and keypad. Their mechanism failed and there wasn't a way to open it without a locksmith. Seems like they should pay the locksmith. Not very happy. Be careful buying any safe that only has one way to open it. When it fails it won't be cheap to open.

From start to finish my phone call to cannon customer service lasted 40min 35 of those on hold! The guy told me he would ship a new lock out and it should arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Today 3/2 will be 14 business with no lock and 19 days without an operating gunsafe. Will never buy cannon again will advise anyone who asks to do the same. I forgot to mention the lock failed on day 2 of it being in my house ....
