I have had my Cannon safe for years. It has been of high quality and has been flawless. Recently, my digital keypad began having issues. Cannon customer service answered my call, and after providing them the requested information, I had parts headed my way as part of the lifetime warranty. Caring and knowledgeable employees made all the difference. I will be a Cannon customer for life!

While it took a little while to connect with customer service, all my concerns were addressed and covered under warranty to my satisfaction, including replacement parts. Really appreciate the care given to make sure my safe investment was the right one, my contents are secured, and I’m able to quickly and easily access everything. I have had dealings with Gabe Cordova on a couple occasions and he is great. He helps resolve your issues and gets things handled and he is patient and gives you as much time as you need to look for items if you need to send anything in.
