The handle on our brand new safe was spinning and would not engage with the spokes. I got a ticket number and sent videos of the problem. The next day I called customer service to see the status of my ticket. Frank found my info, looked at the problem and got it fixed in minutes. SO HAPPY FOR FRANK! HE WAS AWESOME!!

I was happy that I could get a replacment key for my safe. The process was thorough so that not just anybody could get a key. I need another key, please send the payment link to me.

At first I got a generic email, which I didn’t like the process. I emailed the company to express that I wasn’t happy, a person immediately emailed back and I explained the problem and they got my model number and address and sent me a new keypad for my safe. I purchased a 64 gun cannon safe, after a few years the electronic keypad would not work a few numbers to open the safe. I reached out to cannon customer service and they sent a free new electronic keypad out and it opened the safe. My next step is seeing if a locksmith can put a mechanical dial in it. Customer service was prompt and easy to reach.
