Bought a cannon safe from TSC after a few years or so the front spoked wheel began to turn behond what it was suppose to as tho it was stripping contacted cannon they said send a video anyway after some time they sent some replacement parts which i replaced seems to have solved the problem however after about 3 years or so the same issue happened again, take in consideration i only open my safe once a month on the average and sometimes ive gone several months without opening it contacted customer service yet again explaning the same issue was happening again ,again they wanted a new video what a hassel i just wanted them to sent me a new part so i can fix it once again this appears to be a flaw design a round shaft thru a round collar and a allen screw to tighten the collar to the shaft that open the door after awile the shaft steel weakens and chipping allowing it to turn freeley seems and easy fix if they were to have the shaft and collar designed with two flat sides or at least on flat side like every pully shaft ive ever seen it would slide in and not turn

I like the safe and have had no problems for years. The lock quit working in December called customer support and had excellent service. Got a replacement lock it finally showed up at the end of January. It was damaged. The way it’s packaged allows the lock to hit the jeopardy and damage it. Called again customer service great. Received a new replacement lock on March 3rd. ITT was also damaged the same way. Lock bent, Keypad knocked off and box with hole in it. The lock and keypad appeared ti be used. The solution to this would be to wrap the keypad and lock separately. Videos don’t address the difference in the locks. Supply issue maybe? The customer support people have been excellent. The rest of the process so so.

I’ve been a happy owner for many years. My safe batteries went dead, so I was unable to open. I don’t recall hearing any near expired battery tones but that’s not the problem here. Bad on inbound voicemail System from the company is horrific. You have a listen to three or four minutes of sales pitches on irrelevant stuff when you’re trying to reach a department. I finally reached Romeo and he was A+. Great guy who solved mymlost key issue. He kept a customer.

Keypad stopped working in august, 2022 on a safe purchased in December, 2021. Submitted warrantee claim on 12-August, 2022. I got no response until 22-August. I was asked to check a number of things most reasonable, at least one was totally ridiculous, after replacing the battery 3 times, they told me to purchase a battery with expiration date of no sooner than 2027! Eventually they agreed to replace the key pad on 29-August, I received it on 7-September installed and all is well.

I am very happy overall with my new gun safe. The price was about right and the exterior was what expected except for the cheap feel of the electronic keypad. I was very unhappy with the fit and finish on the interior of the safe. The build quality was not up to par and the materials were cheap. I will end up overhauling the inside of the safe to meet my needs and expectations.
