Beware. I have talked to three different people at canon. I on the phone that said they would send a link, and never did. One email which gave another number to call. The last one was the number that I was told to call. The 1st wanted me to change batteries, I did 2025 expiration date. The second told me to change batteries 2027 expiration date. They would not replace the defective part. I ordered a keypad from Ebay and solved the problem. You can get a safe but do not expect them to honor the lifetime warranty.

Safe door handle broke 2nd time I tried to open and now all my guns and important items are stuck in the safe. Its been 12 days now fighting with Cannon to get a locksmith out to get into it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A SAFE FROM CANNON! I am a instructor and firearms dealer and this is killing my business! They do not stand behind their product!

I have tried to get assistance from Cannon Safe Customer Service for over 3 weeks regarding a problem with the safe. I have provided them with everything they requested (pictures, videos, etc.), and they won't follow-up. Their failure is putting my family at risk. I can't get into my safe to get medical documents, money, passports, or other critical information. It is shameful. Costco and other vendors should stop selling this product line.

Paid for a month ago, safe was broken when it was delivered, lifetime warranty on parts and labor, hahaha! What a joke, they had my wife pull inside panel off and put the part in herself, it still doesn't work, now, they don't let me return it because it's past 30 days. Free labor is you doing the labor, free to cannon. I have a 600 lb paper weight. There is rust on the bad spot welds, a real piece of junk, run away.

Bought the big nice 74 gun safe, got it home, and it wouldn’t even open. Brand new, pulled the cardboard off and tried it and it did not work! Called and was told to try new battery. Tried it and nothing. Went round and round with calls and emails and was told they would send me a new safe. Waited over 2 weeks and heard nothing so I called them again and they forgot to give it a “second approval”. For over $1,000 this is the worst purchase I could have ever made

DO NOT BUY A CANNON SAFE. Bought one and 2 years after I bought it the lock system stopped working and was locked out. They sent me a new lock but would not help me get in to it. Called a lock smith and ge said they keep him in business. It was going to cost me about $650 .00 to get in it and replace the cheap digital lock with an aftermarket dial and key lock. Not worth putting that much in junk. I drilled and got into it my self. Going to buy a real safe and not junk. Cannon customer service is useless. Dont was your money. I would give it a lower rating but could not pick a minus number ! Wasted $1000.00

I purchased a safe and approximately 16 months after purchase the internal locking mechanism no longer worked. This safe was opened maybe 30 times in that period, but Cannon wouldn’t help. They sent me the NL lock for the outside, but told me it was my problem getting into it. I searched for 5 months with no luck finding someone to drill it. When I called Cannon back, Armando Bravo told me he could bend if it was 3-4 months past warranty, but 6 was too much. When I pointed out it had actually been 4 months out of warranty he quickly backtracked. My advice is pay the extra money for a higher quality brand that also has a backup key access, Cannon does NOT back their products!

Filled out the form Cannon requires. I was answered, but not one that helped me with problem. Tried to send them a video of my handle problem (loose on shaft) and they blocked me from contacting them again. NOW WHAT DO I DO. CAN'T CALL THEM-DON'T ANSWER, CAN'T EMAIL THEM-THEY BLOCK it! Got a lifetime safe with no customer support! WHAT GOOD IS THAT?
