I spoke with a rep on the phone regarding a worn out touch key pad on my safe. Once he received the necessary information, he sent me a link so I could purchase a new one. The link also had video links for how to change the electronics and reprogram the key pad. The parts arrived in a reasonable amount of time and i was able to install and reprogram the new key pad in about 20 minutes.

We purchased our gun safe about 12 years ago. We’ve had problems with the key pad. The customer service folks are great. They are good listeners and really try to help. I had to have help from the tech people at Cannon safe after I purchased my 2nd Cannon safe. Unfortunately, I kept the tech on the phone much longer than I expected.
