I bought a cannon safe from tractor supply, and after a year the keypad went. I contacted them and they said they would send me a new one and I would get it in two to three weeks. It’s been three months and still no keypad. I’ve had numerous emails back and forth and they say it’s been taken care of and I’ll get it in two weeks. I even contacted the salesperson and she’s been trying to get it resolved and isn’t having any luck. Never again and I’m telling anyone that wants a safe not to use them. Horrible experience.

My Cannon safe, still under warranty, was rendered inoperable by a broken keypad. Getting hold of customer service was hard enough, never mind having my problem solved. They sent a replacement pad with video instructions that didn’t work as I had a different model. They sent another video that could not be seen clearly and also involved the utilization of a drill, which is above my pay grade. I cut my losses, got rid of the safe and bought another one. As you can imagine, it was not a Cannon.

Only giving a 1 star because 0 is not allowed. Person I spoke with on the phone did not have a clue about the safes and could only tell me to upload a video. I was then told me case had been upgraded to someone with a mechanical background. Never heard a word from anyone. A week later I finally got an email from my original representative telling me to send another video because my handle spun too much. It didn't spin too much but the normal amount. I ended up hiring a locksmith to assist with opening and the issue was a broken weld within the locking mechanism. Poor craftsmanship was the cause. The electronic locks also fail on a regular basis.

your customer service is truly horrible. long wait times. incomplete advice. poor resolution to a problem. it seems like they dont read the complaint. got a new keypad from them. of course i told them i couldnt open it to put an new one in. ordered keys- never got them or the original set. I solved my problem of getting into my cannon 81 after 3 months. right angle grinder and saws all.

Safe malfunction free spins to the right won't open. Waited 2 hours for customer service to call then ellie sounded like Darth Vader and acted like she couldn't hear me. Hung up and didn't have the respect to call back and follow up. So I called back for another response and still waiting. Smh wonder how this company is still in business after customer series like this. And life time warranty lmao yeah right

Do not purchase a safe from this company! Their weld work on the pin in the locking mechanism has seriously issues. Our locking pin actually fell off and customer service is a joke ! Save your money!!

I purchased a Canon Pixma TS3522 printed at walmart and broke after 3 months. Canon replaced this with same model and again broken again. They start clicking as soon as you buy them and stop working after 3 months. Will never buy another canon product rest of my life and will inform every single person that will listed that canon sell defective merchandise with no attempt to fix their manufacturing issues.

Cannon safes suck along with there customer service. Almost 3 weeks calling and chatting with no help except for them to tell me to pay a locksmith to open the safe at my cost. This safe is only 8 months old, that’s a great lifetime warranty. I hope no body will ever buy a cannon or associated product that way they will go bankrupt. Cannons Custer serve is awful so bad I cannot describe, cannot be reach by phone only chat sent numerous pictures and videos with absolutely no help to get my valuables out. So now after 5 mins with a grinder I have a 1000lbs save with a door that a 3 year old can open. I Honestly hope they go out of business so no one will ever have this experience ever!
