Our records indicate that we offered you a curated replacement per our Love Your Candy Guarantee policy, or to switch your account over to the pick-your-own-candy program and a discount for $15 to make up for your first box. Hi John, We are sorry to hear that! All of our containers are sealed with a machine to ensure the foam seal is placed on securely. In some cases when you twist off the top to the containers, the seal is twisted with it and helps with opening the product, making it quick and easy so you can enjoy your candies without hassle. Our containers are not sealed with plastic around the lids. Also, we are phasing away from the white foam seal so all of our new packaging will only be sealed with the pink tamper sticker. In regards to the pictures, these are requested so that our team can further inspect the candy and investigate with the warehouse to ensure those specific candies are fresh, sealed properly, and to be sure that the correct contents/box was sent. This is why we requested pictures of each cup with the labels out. We apologize for the confusion, but we hope this clarifies things.
