The team at Cambridge was understanding of my individual needs and was able to formulate a plan in a comfortable and non judgmental way. The fact that I have a single contact person for my time with Cambridge also is nice as he already knows my story and can better help me with any additional struggles. Overall I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism I have experienced working with Cambridge. I would never wish the situation I am in on anyone, but if you are out there and need help call them. They can help.

Very helpful, although in never did get a chance to discuss future control over finances. I was unavailable the counselor did not rearrange a time.

Answer questions in a manner you can understand. Explain the program in detail so an informed decision can be made. If further questions arise, they are willing to answer them in a timely manner.

Consolidated credit cards under the debt management program. Credit score took a slight dip but has been moving up each month. Also nice to see the progress each month when Cambridge sends the monthly reports, There were some minor issues with the credit cards being in the loop, but those were resolved quickly. That's why not a 5 star rating. Good experience so far.
