Not that impressed. Paying $50 a month for their service & they want me to keep all the bills that come in that they are paying down. Ridiculous!

You’re not paying my bills on time ( due date) and that effected my credit score.

I like how thorough and seemingly honest the onboarding process was. A counselor went over my credit report with me in detail and gave me an honest opinion about my ability to pay back what I owe in 48 months or so. I had previously spoken with reps from other companies who seemed to be selling snake oil and who simply wanted me to sign on with them whether or not they really believed I could make the monthly payments and successfully complete the program. Too, other companies charged monthly fees that were 2-4 times what Cambridge charges for their services. Also, Cambridge actually has good relationships with banks and other creditors. There are some credit counseling services/DMPs that will tell you that they can successfully negotiate with creditors on your behalf, when they know upfront that some companies simply won't work with them. Cambridge actually got me every reduced interest rate and lowered monthly payment from every company that they said they could. They even got concessions from banks that are notoriously nasty and difficult when it comes to consumer debt. The only aspect I'd like to see improvement in on Cambridge's end is having all of the reps working on accounts across departments to be on the same page at the same time. I was asked to submit the same supporting documents over and over again when I'd already done so. Other than that, working with Cambridge has been a good experience. I feel like I'm in good hands.

So far it's been a great choice! Hated having debt over my head and getting phone calls all day long from credit card companies! Now my phone never rings!

This is a great organization. Cambridge personnel are professional and sensitive to their clients. My representative, Chris Scarfo, has been extremely helpful from the very beginning. Very, very good. No complaints. With time and consistent payments, the debt management plan that Chris helped put in place for me will help me conquer the debt monster.
