Cooperative service. I don’t ask for much counseling so I’m m satisfied with infrequent updates for them. They take care to check my progress with other indebtedness .

Very communicative, efficient and professional.

i was lied to from the beginning. my credit card monthly payment DID go down, but i was told it would not affect my credit to use this service and THAT WAS A LIE! my credit has been in a freefall since using the service and there is nothing i can do. because this company makes the payments all at once, the majority of my credit cards are being paid late. i just got a notice saying one of my cards was 2 months past due. when i was paying my cards i never had a late payment! my advice is find a way to payoff your credit cards on your own and never use this service. My agent at cambridge never is any help and most times wont even return my calls.

Easy to enroll and good counseling services if needed.Feel that someone is always available if needed to answer questions.

Cambridge has been easy to work with. I am satisfied so far and hopefully can update my reply when my 24 months come to a close.
